SHIPPING POLICY
Every Nélané piece is packaged with great care to ensure it arrives safely. You’ll receive full tracking details once your order is dispatched, so you can follow its journey every step of the way. While I cannot take financial responsibility for any loss or damage that may occur in transit, I’ll always do my best to assist if something arrives broken or faulty, your trust truly matters to me.
For clients located outside the Western Cape, return shipping costs for repairs will be the client’s responsibility. Once your piece has been beautifully restored, Nélané will cover the cost of shipping it back to you.
PRODUCT WARRANTY
Nélané offers a complimentary replating service within the first six months of purchase. In cases of accidental damage, repair costs may vary depending on whether the issue stems from a design defect or product mishandling. Regardless of the situation, I promise to approach every case with honesty, integrity, and care, ensuring each piece continues to meet the quality and craftsmanship you expect.
REPAIRS
I’m always happy to assist with repairs, but I kindly ask for understanding, while the first repair is complimentary, repeated fixes or damage beyond my control may incur a small fee. Each Nélané piece is handmade with intention and care, and my goal is to ensure it continues to be worn and loved for years to come.
